Professional Staff
Richard M. Ashbrook, Ph.D., M.F.A. earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland, his M.A. and Ph.D. (Clinical Psychology); M.F.A. (Creative Writing) from the Ohio State University. He completed his internship at the University of Rochester's Strong Memorial Hospital, and did additional post-doctoral training in Pediatric and Health Psychology. Dr. Ashbrook is Professor of Psychology at Capital University.


Michele T. Evans, Ph.D. earned her B.A. (Psychology) from Duquesne University, her M.A. (Counseling Psychology) from Oklahoma City University, and her Ph.D. (Counseling Psychology/Neuropsychology Minor) from Ball State University. Dr. Evans completed an internship at The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center where she participated in neuropsychology, chemical dependency, counseling, and partial hospitalization rotations. She furthered her training by focusing on psychological assessment in a private practice setting during her post-doctoral year. Dr. Evans is a member of the adjunct faculty at Capital University.


Jeremy D. Kaufman, Psy.D. earned his B.S. from The Ohio State University and his M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Kaufman completed an internship at Oregon Health and Science University, a LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) program. He completed his post-doctoral training in Pediatric Psychology with a focus on children with mental retardation and developmental disabilities and their families at Columbus Children’s Hospital/The Ohio State University.


Mark E. Querry, Ph.D. earned his Ph.D. from the Ohio State University in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Clinical and Developmental Psychology. He completed his clinical internship training in the State of Ohio correctional system and his post-doctoral training in private practice work. Dr. Querry is a Certified Disability Examiner for the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation and is also an active medical staff member at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware, Ohio.


Yaser Ramadan, M.D., earned his M.D. from the University of Bucharest.  Dr. Ramadan completed a residency in general psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.  Dr. Ramadan also serves as the medical director of the Nisonger Center at The Ohio State University.  He specializes in the psychiatric treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. 



Gregg R. Richards, M.S.S.A.C., P.C.C. (Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board of Ohio License number E.0002050-SUPV) completed his B.S. (Social Work) and M.S.S.A.C. (Social Agency Counseling) at Henderson State University in Arkadel­phia, AR. At the Ohio State University, Mr. Richards pursued additional graduate work in Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabili­ties. Mr. Richards is a Profes­sional Clinical Counselor.




Tracy T. Samanich, Ph.D. earned her B.S. (Education) from Ashland University, and both her M.A. and Ph.D. (School Psychology) from the Ohio State University. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Samanich's training and field experience has focused on the diagnosis of learning disabilities and the improvement of educational outcomes for children. Dr. Samanich provides ongoing consultation and training to local educators through the Central Ohio Special Education Regional Resource Center.


John L. Tilley, Psy.D. earned his B.A. from Capital University and his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. Dr. Tilley completed an internship at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, KY, and post-doctoral training in forensic psychology at Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare in Columbus, OH. He is also on the adjunct faculty at Capital University.
Audrey C. Todd, Ph.D. earned her B.A. from Duke University, her M.F.A. (Acting) from Rutgers University, and her Ph.D. (Clinical Psychology) from the University at Stony Brook in New York. Dr. Todd completed her clinical internship at Western State Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, and her post-doctoral training in Seattle, Washington at the King County Crisis Clinic and the Northwest Psychoanalytic Clinic.
Lynne B. Torello, Ph.D., M.D., F.A.B.F.M. completed her B.A. at Southern Connecticut Univ., her Ph.D. (Physiological Chemistry) and M.D. from the Ohio State University, internship at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Hospital, a residency (Family Practice) at Grant Medical Center, a mini-residency (Occupational Medicine) at the Univ. of Cincinnati.
